SAM 1066 Caganarata Day
Regrettably the weather forecast for our Sunday Cagnarata Day meeting on Salisbury Plain (23rd July) indicates unsuitable weather for small model flying (under 250 gram). Heavy rain is due for most of the day on Saturday followed by a 50% probability of rain on Sunday together with wind speeds gusting to 28/32mph from the south west for most of the day. Your Committee has decided therefore to cancel the meeting rather than risk very uncomfortable flying conditions. Apologies for the short notice, but we have been weather watching for the past several days.
