The forecast for Sunday has been set fair for some days now so I can confirm Le Petit Classique de Birmingham will take place this Sunday the 16th April starting at 10.00.
ENTRANCE TO MOD NORTH LUFFENHAM
Note that aeromodellers aren’t allowed on the field until 09.00 which is the time I hope to collect the key from the guardhouse. Please don’t arrive too early and disturb the good people in the nearby houses.
There is a combination lock on the first barrier, if you have a Luffenham pass you will know what the code is and can I remind you please to re-lock it after you’re through. If you don’t know the combination there will be a phone number on the barrier for you to ring.
Once through the barrier drive straight on maybe 400m to the white hangar sized building on the right where there will be a further barrier. I will have unlocked this but it may still appear locked. Raise it to drive through and then return the barrier to how you found it.
These requirements form part of the terms of our licence with the MOD. Please conform with them even though you may see other user groups who don’t.
Finally I’ve attached a copy of the notice for the event with details of the classes etc.
